Robyn Troup won the “My Grammy Moment” contest organized by NARAS and Yahoo! Music. The winner of the contest was selected through online voting and text messaging. Jennifer Hudson, announced the winner on the 49th Annual Grammy Awards on February 11, 2007. After winning, she went on to perform “Ain’t No Sunshine” and “My Love” with Pop/R&B star Justin Timberlake.
Robyn Troup was born and raised in Houston, Texas and performs locally at events including Chevy’s Freedom Over Texas Fourth of July Fireworks and HEB’s Houston Thanksgiving Parade. She can also be seen performing original music and covers on YouTube.
